We offer heated mat Pilates, heated strength, and sculpt style classes designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support both physical and mental wellness. All classes are intentional, and instructor-led.

Yes! Our classes are welcoming to all fitness levels. Instructors provide clear guidance and modifications so beginners feel supported while more experienced clients can still challenge themselves.

Our studio uses infrared heating panels to create a warm comfortable environment. The heat helps promote circulation, flexibility, and muscle recovery.

Not at all. Many of our clients are new to Pilates. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your first class so your instructor can help you feel comfortable and answer any questions.

A mat
Water
Towel
Grip socks (optional)
Feel free to workout barefoot, just socks, or sneakers. If you do wear sneakers make sure they are clean as to keep floor nicely maintained.
We provide light equipment such as weights, bands, blocks. You are more than welcome to bring your own fabric band.

Please arrive 10 mins early for your first class and 5 minutes early for regular sessions to allow time to check in and settle in.

We have an 8-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made 8+ hours before class will have the class credit returned to your account to use toward a future class. All class sales are final and no monetary refunds will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class will result in the loss of the class credit and a $15 late cancellation fee.
No-shows will also forfeit the class credit and incur a $15 no-show fee.
This policy is to maintain the integrity of our class scheduling and to ensure that all participants have the opportunity to attend classes they have signed up for. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes. Our studio welcomes all genders.

Clients must be 18 years or older to attend classes unless otherwise approved by the studio.

At The Refinery, we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and elevated experience for every client.
Please review our studio policies below carefully before booking.
◆ All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system, Mindbody.
◆ Booking opens weekly (unless otherwise specified).
◆ A valid credit card must be kept on file to reserve a class.
Booking Policy
Cancellation & No-show Policy
All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. All class sales are final and non-refundable.
◆ Cancellations made 8+ hours before class will have the class credit returned to your account to use toward a future class.
◆ Late cancellations (within 8 hours of class) will result in the loss of the class credit and a $15 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
◆ No-shows will result in the loss of the class credit and an additional $15 no-show fee charged to the card on file.
◆ Unlimited members who late cancel or fail to attend a booked class will be charged the applicable $15 fee.
We understand emergencies happen. Occasional situations may be handled at management’s discretion.
◆ Doors open 10–15 minutes before class.
◆ Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up.
◆ If you are not checked in by class start time, your spot may be released to a waitlisted client.

The Refinery offers heated classes. Room temperatures may range from 90°–100°F, depending on the class format.
If you have:
• High blood pressure
• Heart conditions
• Are pregnant
• Heat sensitivity
Please consult your physician before attending heated classes and notify your instructor prior to class. Hydration is strongly encouraged.
