Studio Policies



At The Refinery, we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and elevated experience for every client. Please review our studio policies carefully before booking.

Booking Policy
    •    All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
    •    Booking opens weekly (unless otherwise specified).
    •    A valid credit card must be kept on file to reserve a class.
  
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask that you cancel at least 8 hours prior to class start time.
    •    Late cancellations (within 8 hours of class) will result in loss of class credit.
    •    No-shows will result in:
    •    Loss of class credit
    •    An additional $10 no-show feecharged to the card on file.
    •    Unlimited members will be charged the $10 no-show fee if they fail to attend a booked class.

We understand emergencies happen. Occasional situations may be handled at management’s discretion.

Arrival Policy
    •    Doors open 10–15 minutes before class.
    •    Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up.
    •    If you are not checked in by class start time, your spot may be released to a waitlisted client.

Studio Temperature Policy
The Refinery offers heated classes. Room temperatures may range from 85°–95°F, depending on the class format.

If you have:
    •    High blood pressure
    •    Heart conditions
    •    Are pregnant
    •    Heat sensitivity

Please consult your physician before attending heated classes and notify your instructor prior to class. Hydration is strongly encouraged.

What to Bring
    •    Mat
    •    Towel
    •    Water
    •    Ankle weights (optional for certain classes)

Health & Safety
    •    All clients must complete a liability waiver prior to their first class.
    •    Please do not attend class if you are feeling ill.
    •    Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class.
    •    Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.


Membership & Package Policies
    •    Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    •    Expiration dates apply and will not be extended.
    •    Pricing is subject to change with notice.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on:
    •    Memberships
    •    Class packages
    •    Drop-ins
    •    Retail purchases

Studio Etiquette
    •    Phones must be silenced during class.
    •    No texting or calls inside the studio.
    •    Respect your fellow clients’ space and experience.
    •    Wipe down equipment after use.
